UniBuzz
A modern campus ops platform with separate worlds for students, faculty, and admins — plus AI that turns “where do I even start?” into a clear next step.

[Problem]
It started as a university brief that sounded simple on paper: fix the chaotic pile of portals, WhatsApp groups, and Excel sheets that passed for “campus systems.” Students missed notices. Faculty chased attendance like it was a second job. Admins lived in spreadsheet hell. Everyone wanted one platform — but not another boring CMS nobody opens twice. The real ask was bigger: make academic life feel alive, role-aware, and smart enough to answer questions without waiting for office hours.
[Approach]
I treated UniBuzz like a product pitch to three different humans at once. Students needed speed and clarity. Faculty needed control without friction. Admins needed trust and auditability. So I shipped a Flutter / Dart client on solid OOP foundations — mobile-first screens for student, faculty, and admin worlds — then wired Firebase for authentication, live data, and a secure cloud backend. Attendance, courses, assignments, announcements, and an AI chat assistant sat on that spine so the app didn’t just store campus data, it helped people move through it.
[Outcome]
What landed is a university-ready mobile management system with role dashboards, AI-assisted academic support, attendance and course workflows, assignment submission, announcements, and Firebase-backed access. A campus project that reads like a real product — not a semester demo that dies after the viva.
